You will receive a full copy of your policy from the insurance carrier if your application is approved. It is your responsibility to confirm that you have received policy documents and that payroll deductions have occurred. If you have not received policy documents and you do not see a payroll deduction within 30 days, then you may not have active coverage. Call LTC Solutions, Inc. immediately at (877) 286-2852.
